After an incredible night out with her girlfriends, Vickie Palmer is wrenched from her peaceful slumber and cast mercilesly into a world spinning out of control.
Writhing half naked on the cold porcelain tile of her bathrom floor, Vickie desperately tries to piece together the tragic turn of events that has twisted her once carefree life into a nightmare of pain and suffering.
But when she discovers the truth, will it be too late to save her from eternal damnation?
What is “2:22”?
“2:22” is a wonderful, intense, and award-winning short film that I’ve had the awesome pleasure of doing Costuming & Wardrobe for.
It was exhausting as we were constantly shooting, and I got about 10 combined hours of sleep in the 3 days of filming, but it was a lot of fun! My previous professional background experience has only been with live performers and entertainers like for parades, stages, and events so I’m very happy that the cast and crew of 2:22 can work together so well to make my first film experience such a positive one!
Vickie Palmer (Lightfoot) is a veteran party girl whose main costume is my own original design with a custom fit. It’s an asymmetrical black Lycra dress with sheer mesh magenta and black stripes at the midriff and along the neckline.
Mindy (Leitner) is one of Vickie’s best friends and also wears one my own original designs with a custom fit. Mindy has two versions of this black dress with a plunging iridescent purple chiffon cowl neckline and an open back. The first version is the one you see pictured to the right and the second version… is one which you’ll have to see the film to find out!
Sebastian (Lopez), Dawn (Anne), Tristan (Joseph), Marcus (Loffredo), as well as some extra cast members received wardrobe styling.
(Bonus: Just for giggles, I make a very small cameo in the film as a sexy tattooed club goer! Haha! Look for the tattooed thigh, you’ll see me dancing in a brief shot)
